Being in AOT has been an amazing journey for my son. He looks forward to each session and has gained a lot of confidence . He is inspired and loves being here. Teachers are the best -  they encourage and uplift. They instill values and good principles that kids can apply not only in taekwondo but in their daily life. We are really happy to have found AOT, our second family 😊👍

A brand new dojang run by very experienced, and all around amazing instructors; they are absolutely great at what they do. Both our kiddos started their Taekwondo journey with instructor Shawn, he is absolutely amazing. He has helped our kiddos not only gain the knowledge of Taekwondo, but also gain self-confidence, self-discipline, accountability, inner calm, and self-respect.
Highly recommend AOT to anyone considering enrolling their kids or themselves in Taekwondo.

Master Shawn has built my sons confidence. He is an amazing role model, and example for our kids. He puts his whole heart and soul into his taekwondo studio. He sees the potential in each and every child, teen and adult that walks in the door. He is always making sure no matter what age and belt level each kid gets equal opportunity, and brings out the best in each and every kid.

Everything I could want from a taekwondo school ! The curriculum is the real deal, following the world taekwondo standards set by Kukkiwon. The instructors are fabulous and the training space is energizing and clean. I would recommend anyone come to try out this taekwondo school.  It's such a great sport for people of all ages and this school just does it right. 5 stars from me!

My 8 year old daughter has been attending weekly taekwondo classes here for the last 3 months. Master Shawn is probably the best teacher/mentor that I could think of for a young little girl to have as she navigates this world and begins to discover herself, her confidence and her abilities.  I've seen tremendous improvement in many areas of my daughter's life since joining the AOT team.  I would like to give a HUGE thanks to Master Shawn for his leadership.  I wish that I had a mentor like him when I was a young lad long ago! Art of Taekwondo is a perfect environment to learn taekwondo. Master Shawn and the instructors are fun and engaging. My kids love it and look forward to every class. Of course the training and skills taught are top notch, as well. The students get constant attention and they improve continually. My son just had his second class and he has been hooked since the first class. He is only 4 years old I have never seen him work so hard at anything before. Master Shaun is extremely patient and fun and gives very good guidance and training. Highly recommend 5/5!
